GOOD NEWS!

With the latest phase of relaxation of lockdown it looks like we will be able to reopen the clinic towards the end of July. This obviously depends on any re-instatement of lockdown if infection numbers rise locally but we're working towards this time frame to be good and ready to welcome you back. When we have a firm date we will begin to book people in a couple of weeks ahead of our reopening. Clearly there are going to be necessary changes to our practice to minimise risks and we will fully inform you of these before your appointment. We will be working at a reduced capacity to allow us to clean between appointments so please bear with us. More details to follow..

2/6/20

Unfortunately the clinic currently remains closed. We are continually monitoring guidance from the government, Brighton & Hove council and our respective professional associations (eg. the British Acupuncture Council) as to when we might be able to re-open in a limited way. Regrettably we do not even have a provisional date from when we can start to take bookings. In the meantime we are sourcing appropriate ppe and developing working practices to keep everyone as safe as possible when we finally are able to open.

If anyone has any queries or needs a support call please leave a message on the ansaphone (01273 307001) and we’ll call you back.

We hope you’re staying safe and well.

Two months in now and with the situation still very much in lockdown I'm afraid we are still unable to open the clinic

22/4/20

A month into lockdown now and we really hope you're all staying safe. We're still no clearer just how long this road is going to be so from all of us here at the clinic, wishing you and yours well for today. We're doing lots of support calls so please, if you're having a wobble (and aren't we all at times?) please jump in and leave a message. We will call you back.

Stay safe

24/3/20

So although we can't treat people with the current situation, we are still here for you. If anyone needs support via a call please feel free to leave a message on the ansaphone 01273 307001. We'll be checking it daily and will get back to you as soon as possible. Stay safe, stay well, stay in.

COVID-19 UPDATE 23/3/20

We have just received guidance from the British Acupuncture Council that sadly means we will have to stop practice from today and the clinic will now be closed for the foreseeable future. This is all about minimising contact, flattening the infection curve and easing stress on our NHS for those unlucky individuals who need the extra care. It's such a shame as there is so much we could do to help support people in these difficult times. I will keep everyone updated via this page on the website as to when we can get back to work and look forwards to seeing you all as soon as possible.

I hope you and yours stay safe and well

With love

Dave B

WELCOME TO THE MARINE CLINIC, one of the South Coast's centres of excellence in complementary health.

Our doors first opened way back in 1996. Over the years we've had countless people come to us for advice, support and treatment. And they keep coming back, referring family and friends, because they see results. We're getting it right.

There's an abundance of therapists in the Brighton area. The choice is huge. So what should you look for if you're not sure where to begin? Here are 3 recommendations of what to seek out.

1: Experience

Search for therapists who have proven themselves over time as experts in their speciality fields. Here at the Marine Clinic we invite only the best practitioners to join our team. We have 2 treatment rooms with a wide range of therapies available on different days and each practitioner has in-depth clinical training and experience. You'll be seen by the best

2: Triage

From the French 'to sift' or 'to sort'. This is what happens in clinical practice eg, when attending A&E, to assess the most appropriate treatment for you. If you're not sure which of the myriad of treatment options available to you would be best then you'll need our expertise in helping you find the most effective choice. Our Lead Therapist David Bennett has 25 years experience in complementary health care and is able to guide you towards the best way to resolve your problems whatever they may be. A free telephone consultation with no obligation is just a call away.

3: Individual Treatment

This is the cornerstone of our success as a clinic. We treat everyone as an unique individual. Whatever you're looking for help with, there's no 'one size fits all' in our approach to your health. We take as much time as you need to fully understand your particular situation. 'Holistic' comes from the Greek 'holo' meaning whole and we'll work together to get a complete picture of what you'd like help with. Our stand out quality is we will address and work to resolve your current problems whilst always seeing you as an individual.

So give us a call or send us an email today to book your session or for a free telephone consultation.
