Buses 12, 12A, 27, 27A, 14, 14C (via hospital) all come along the coast road from east and west. The 2 and 2A come from Hove via Brighton town centre and terminate in Rottingdean but be warned, they go on a magical mystery tour to the racecourse and around Woodingdean so allow extra time (and take a book!) But the best way to travel is on a summers day, on your bike along the undercliff walk. If you're coming from Brighton it's three and a half (flat) miles from the Palace Pier with the cafe at Ovingdean for tea and cake. Enjoy, you've earned it! | |||
