Acupressure Massage

Acupressure Massage is an ancient Chinese method of healing. Using the same guiding principles as Acupuncture, but instead of using needles, pressure is applied to the Acupoints with the fingers, thumbs, hands and knuckles using energising massage techniques.

Drawing on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, this proven technique activates the acupoints within your body's meridian system. This provides you with effective relief in treating common musculoskeletal problems by encouraging the flow of Qi (energy) and blood helping to balance areas of deficiency (weakness) and excess (pain).

By tackling the pathologies of tension in your muscles and encouraging this flow of Qi around your body you will usually notice many beneficial effects. An acupressure massage often goes beyond simply focussing on particular problem areas of tension and pain. Many people report feeling uplifted and an enhanced sense of wellbeing as a more balanced flow of Qi has positive effects throughout body, mind and spirit.

"I cannot recommend the massage therapy I received from Zoe Osborne highly enough. Having had a frozen muscle in my sacrum for months, it was effecting my whole posture and sending shooting pains into my neck and scalp. After a number of sessions with Zoe, who was thoroughly professional, thoughtful and accurate in identifying the problem areas with a solid knowledge of muscular pathways, the treatment I received has improved my situation greatly. Zoe is compassionate, attentive and works with an energy and skill that puts her at the top of her game. 100% recommendable!" Sebastian Blue Pin
