Retinoscopy functions by first clicking on "R", and then moving the mouse over the patient's eye, and watching the reflex.

During the subjective, acuity can be obtained by clicking on the patient's mouth. Make sure you occlude the other eye by clicking on "Oc".
The cross cylinder mode can be changed by clicking on "Xc", "Ax" and "P". The cylinder axis can be rotated by dragging the white axis markers.
