Diagnosis

Sub acute narrow angle glaucoma. If you were right well done. You should have taken about 31 minutes with this patient.

Discussion

This patient presented with a slightly blurry left eye, and no other problems. Taking the IOP's and using the SLM in this particular case were cost effective tools for the diagnosis. The narrow angles, steamy cornea and of course the IOP's were all strongly indicative of glaucoma. The visual field plots showed up a definite defect which was not particularly typical of glaucoma, and therefore possibly misleading you
