My name is Chrissy Huffman I became a Hypnotherapist after experiencing the benefits of this therapy for myself after leaving the ambulance service. I loved working as a paramedic practitioner, helping people in acute need and really making a difference. I gained two degrees, Foundation Degree in paramedic science and Bachelor of Science Degree in health care practice; which included a mental health module. However over time the stress of the job took its toll, so I reluctantly left. I left feeling exhausted and without direction. I needed help and I tried something new, Hypnotherapy. It worked wonders; I regained focus, was clear headed and charged up with a new outlook future.
